Hey everypeople,
Hope everything went well at CMJ. I didn’t do anything really noteworthy during the festivities. Some our DJs and managers were in a Halloween parade where we underestimated the loudness of our non-generator-powered sound system and people’s desire to see college radio people from private art colleges in costumes. I had a very subtle, non-specific costume of a t-shirt tucked into lighter wash jeans with white tennis shoes and a black blazer. I walked most of the parade in front of our banner with my hands on my hips, which meant I was closer to the pirate ladies with hoola hoops and whenever I turned back to talk to other radio people I would either get hit in the face with a hoola hoop, or get within about 10 inches of being hit in the face with a hoola hoop.

This week’s video is a short film, kinda.
I’ve watched a decent number of shorts from this person’s youtube. It’s in spanish, but I was able to translate some of the titles into things such as “Bear Footballer” and “The Death of Michelin,” a 3D animated, silent short about the Michelin Man running into a collection of oil barrels that are on fire.
