Today I had “Jailhouse Rap” by Fat Boys on my old school hip hop show and thought I would share that the first time I heard it I misheard the chorus. It has a line that goes “In jail because we failed.” But I thought it said “In jail because we’re fat” the first time I heard it. They kind of are if you know the stories relayed in the plot of the song.

I also re-listened to 36 Chambers for the first time in a while this week and forgot how much I enjoy it. Now I’m listening to Bizzarre Ride II: The Pharcyde with a similar enjoyment.
