With the quarter coming to a close I found it to be somewhat appropriate to close it out with an evening of jazz, blues and soul vocalists. Most of tonight’s songs and ladies were from the 1940’s and 1950’s but there were still some contemporary gems snuck in there. I find the sounds of jazz and blues to be soothing as well as weather appropriate. Nothing says Fall and Winter to me than a playlist full of great jazz and blues. Can I mention the enchanting-ness of these women’s vocal chords? Because quite frankly I get goosebumps every time.
