Hello folks. I guess I’ve fallen out of the habit of writing up my playlists for the last few weeks. So, I went ahead and remedied that with a string of back dated posts and this fresh one here. Like my favorite character cameo from Cheech Marin in the film Ghostbusters 2 said, “Well, better late than never.”
This week was a little different as far as House of Wax episodes go. For one thing, it wasn’t vinyl. I know, I know. Second, the songs were all cover versions. Had a few new bands covering old bands and some old bands covering old bands. Some were pretty faithful renditions and others were performed with creative liberties. The list below shows the covering band, the song, and then the original artist.
So it was a fun cover song session for all! And next week it’s back to the all vinyl format. Gotta play some upbeat tracks for the end of the quarter show and I know just the records. Until then…
