Last quarter we began the Thursday “Rock Block” and we are happy to say that the “Rock Block” has continued, with some changes and a new show! Here’s a rundown of the block which happens every Thursday.
12-2pm “Psychedelic Dad”
DJ Daniel tops off the block with two hours of 60’s,70’s and 80’s rock. All the classics that are most likely in your Dad’s personal record collection. The first hour consists of 70’s and 80’s smooth rock followed by an hour of psychedelia from the 1960’s.
4-6pm “The Independents”
DJ Meatball returns with your regular hookup of classic indie and college rock.
6-8pm “Clang!”
Matthias gives a taste of noisy new wave, garage rock and other assorted goodies related to noise pop.
8-10pm “The Fuzz Factory”
Brett Callero brings you a guitar-centric rock and roll that features fat riffs, funky grooves and psychedelic pop twists from the last 25 years.
10-12 Midnight “Metallurgy”
Brandon tops off the block with two hours of metal.
